All content and creative materials produced by BrandNasu remain the intellectual property of BrandNasu until full payment has been received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for personal or business purposes.

We reserve the right to display work created for clients in our public portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or service at any time, with or without notice. While we aim to deliver services quickly, BrandNasu does not guarantee specific timelines unless expressly agreed in writing.

Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at our discretion, without refund, if:

• You violate any part of these Terms
• You misuse the platform or behave abusively toward our team
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within 5 business days

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandNasu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BrandNasu within the previous 30 days.
